Sauté onion and pepper until soft. Add garlic and spices, cook 1 minute.

Add tomatoes, season well. Simmer for 10 minutes until thickened.

Make 4 wells in the sauce. Crack an egg into each. Cover and cook for 6-8 minutes until whites are set.
