Prepare each topping separately: sauté beef, blanch spinach, julienne carrot, prepare beansprouts.

Arrange rice in bowls. Place toppings in sections around the bowl. Fry eggs crispy-edged.

Top each bowl with a fried egg and gochujang. Drizzle sesame oil. Mix everything together before eating.
