Coat chicken: flour, egg, panko. Shallow fry for 4-5 minutes each side until golden. Rest.

Fry onion until soft. Add curry powder, flour, stock and honey. Simmer 15 minutes until thickened.

Slice the chicken. Serve over rice with curry sauce poured alongside.
