Tender marinated chicken in a creamy, spiced tomato sauce. Better than any takeaway.
Serves 4
Mix the yoghurt and half the tikka paste. Coat the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes, ideally overnight.

Thread chicken onto skewers and grill for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway, until charred and cooked through.

Fry the onion until golden. Add garlic, ginger, remaining tikka paste, turmeric and garam masala. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add the tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes until thickened. Stir in the cream and cook for 5 more minutes.

Add the grilled chicken to the sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over rice with fresh coriander.
