- 50 ml London dry gin
- 150 ml premium tonic water
- lots of ice
- lime or cucumber, to garnish
The perfect G&T. It is about ratios, good ice and the right garnish.

Fill a Copa glass or tall glass with ice to the top.

Pour over the gin. Top with tonic, pouring slowly down the side of the glass.

Stir once. Garnish with a slice of lime or a ribbon of cucumber.
