Serves 2
Fry garlic and chillies in a hot wok for 30 seconds. Add the chicken mince and stir-fry, breaking it up.

Add soy sauce, fish sauce and oyster sauce. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.

Throw in the basil leaves and toss for 30 seconds until wilted. Serve over rice with a crispy fried egg.
