Blend prawns, egg white, soy, sesame oil and ginger into a paste.

Spread thickly onto bread slices. Press sesame seeds into the top. Cut into triangles.

Shallow fry prawn-side down for 2-3 minutes, flip briefly. Drain. Serve with sweet chilli sauce.
