Garlic prawns with chilli, lemon and parsley tossed through linguine. 15 minutes.

Cook linguine until al dente. Reserve a cup of pasta water.

Heat olive oil. Fry garlic and chilli for 1 minute. Add prawns, cook 2-3 minutes until pink.

Toss in the drained pasta, lemon zest, juice and parsley. Add pasta water to loosen. Serve immediately.
